Sustainability Coordinator We are currently looking for a Charity Coordinator to join our highly skilled Sustainability team on a fixed term basis (until June 2025). Reporting directly to the Inclusion and Wellbeing Strategy Lead, the Charity Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support and assist in the coordination of our Community and People pillar of Harrods’ environmental, social and governance strategy. About the Role The Charity Coordinator will predominately focus on supporting Harrods’ work with charities. This includes coordinating charity donations and managing the charity cupboard, coordinating the preparation and running of staff sales, and managing volunteer opportunity signups and bookings. Supporting with multi-site communication and engagement campaigns, the Charity Coordinator also builds awareness of and participation in Community and People pillar activities across all Harrods’ locations. Managing inquiries and requests relating to the Community and People pillar through the Sustainability inbox, the Charity Coordinator will provide timely and helpful responses to both internal and external queries. The role also requires administrative support, including (but not limited to) coordinating monthly data reports, preparing documentation ahead of meetings and presentations, scheduling training with internal and external partners, as well as raising POs and managing invoices. About You You will have worked in an administrative or coordination-based role previously and are comfortable working in a high volume and fast paced environment. You’re able to handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality, and have high attention to detail. You’ll be able to work both autonomously and as part of a wider team, always demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to the Harrods values.
