The Role:
As a Private Client Paralegal, you will work closely with experienced solicitors and partners in the Private Client department. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment, assisting with a variety of private client matters including wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist solicitors and partners in managing client files and correspondence.
2. Conduct legal research and prepare documents related to private client matters.
3. Liaise with clients and other professionals to provide excellent client service.
4. Develop your skills and knowledge through training and mentorship.
Requirements:
5. Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, ideally within private client law.
6. Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
8. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required.
9. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and development.
