HR Administrator - Aylesbury
Pertemps Aylesbury are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our client within the Social Care industry based in Aylesbury.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30 pm
Salary: up to £27,000 (DOE)
Duties:
1. Supporting on the full recruitment lifecycle from start to end, providing administration support
2. Screening CVs effectively to ensure criteria are met
3. Booking interviews, as well as handling all candidate communications
4. Working closely with senior management to continually improve processes
5. Organising staff training and development and managing the training matrix
6. Managing directors' diaries
Requirements:
1. Previous HR support experience
2. Great communication skills
3. Computer literate and confident in using Microsoft Packages
4. Ability to manage multiple projects
