Job Description
This is a key manufacturing role with a globally leading chemical company, investing heavily in site upgrades and renovations. The successful candidate will work for a major global producer of chemical products, relied on by many industries.
* Support the Operations Leader in defining weekly maintenance priorities to minimize product commitment impact.
* Analyze OEE losses, propose improvement plans, and implement real-time capture tools to improve site capacity.
* Provide day-to-day troubleshooting support for software, technical, and quality issues.
* Implement Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques.
* Pursue a professional development program to support career progression.
Requirements
To be successful, candidates must have an established technical background, ideally from a production or operations environment on a chemical site (COMAH experience preferred). A minimum of a Chemical Process Engineering degree or equivalent is required, along with 5-10 years' experience.

Salary
