We are seeking interested applicants to have achieved or be expected to achieve a City & Regional Planning, Town Planning or Geography degree – that’s it!... no prior experience needed.
Key skills / attributes that we’d be looking for from the successful candidate are:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of the Town Planning processes
The purpose of the overall enabling team is identifying scheme/project risks within the Capital programme and try to proactively mitigate those risks. This role will see you dealing with planning applications/queries, working with local authorities, Natural Resources Wales and other consenting bodies.

Good to know
Your graduate scheme will primarily be based South-East Wales. However, on occasions and with notice you may be expected to travel to sites across the whole of Wales and its borders.
Recruitment process - We are running our adverts until December 8th. Should your application meet our criteria, you’ll be sent a short assessment to complete. The second stage of assessment will be an in-person assessment centre, which likely take place at our head office (Cardiff) between February/March 2025. Further information will be provided closer to the time.
