Administrative Assistant Stroud £14.65ph - 31.5 hour working week About the Role: I’m seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join a fantastic client based in the heart of the Cotswolds. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, supporting the smooth operation of daily business activities. What the role involves: Reception duties, including answering calls and handling inquiries. Managing incoming and outgoing post, including franking and filing. Processing AMIIs, Data Consent, and IPT Exemption Forms. Handling Trustpilot and Google reviews, including invites and responses. Coordinating monthly mail merges and maintaining brochures. Managing welcome pack and stationery stock levels. Ordering office supplies and handling ad hoc administrative tasks. Assisting with logging and tracking renewals, including overdue follow-ups. Supporting the Business Coordinator with additional tasks as needed.
