The hiring manager is looking for a hands on Engineer who has a proven background in either the Automotive, Motorsport, Automotive Engineering, Motorsport Engineering, Off-Highway or Defence background, has experience working to ISO, IATF and APQP quality standards, and preferably has a Degree or equivalent in Automotive Engineering, Motorsport Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. What You Will Do: Develop and maintain quality and process engineering skills, embracing continuous professional development and company-supported training. Interpret business objectives, ensuring compliance through the development of Quality Management System (QMS) processes and procedures. Design and develop innovative products, tooling, and test equipment, contributing to the company's legacy of excellence. Undertake Quality Assurance activities, including monitoring, testing, inspecting, and auditing to ensure product and service conformity. Develop and manage efficient production and engineering techniques, enhancing the company's capabilities. Propagate quality awareness, knowledge, and skills across the team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement. What You Will Bring: Degree or equivalent in automotive engineering, motorsport engineering, mechanical engineering or a related discipline. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong organizational skills, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with business and IT systems like Epicor E10. Knowledge and experience in ISO, IATF, APQP, and a background in quality and project management.
