* Leading the residential property team with a focus on delivering excellent client service.
* Taking on complex and high-value residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and new builds.
* Overseeing and managing junior team members, while also being involved in case handling.
* Collaborating closely with clients and providing expert advice on a wide range of residential property matters.
* Supporting the growth and development of the team and firm.
About you:
* A qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in residential property law.
* Experience in managing a caseload independently, including complex residential property transactions.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a team.
* Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
* An ambitious individual who is keen to take on a leadership role and contribute to the firm's growth.
