Role overview As a Business Development Manager at FRP Advisory, you will support the East Anglia team, which has grown significantly over the past three years, increasing headcount by over 65% across corporate finance, forensic, restructuring, and retained client teams. Support is provided locally to the corporate finance, advisory, restructuring, forensic services, and retained client functions. The local team liaises with the central marketing function. From day one, you will play a crucial role in providing marketing and business development support to partners, directors, and the team in our Norwich office. This role is office-based with some attendance at external events. Key Responsibilities Ownership, management and update of local CRM system (MS Dynamics), including review of team diaries and managing this information on CRM. Events management including attendance/hosting and pro-active ideas for local events. Management of corporate target lists, including top targets. Management of bank/lawyer/intermediary lists – organising regular meetings/calls. Keeping team involved in BD and marketing. Pitch and information memorandum design and quality control. Deal PR (press releases). Local post deal initiatives. Working with deal teams on post deal content and marketing strategies. Digital communications and mailings. Organise local team events. Social media management and design. Award entries. Ensuring adherence to FRP Brand guidelines. Qualifications Professional services experience. Document creation. Excellent communication, client service and relationship building skills. Ability to create ideas for events. Teamworking skills. Organisation and time management skills. Attention to detail.
