Kim will have some difficult days so it is important that you are able to see past this and remain committed to her. You will need to be self-motivated and able to use initiative, think on your feet. Kim needs people who can be patient and encouraging in their support of her. Most importantly you must be committed to supporting Kim to develop, achieve, and grow, to have the best life she can. Family is important to Kim so you will need to support and encourage her to maintain healthy relationships with them whilst promoting her independence not to be heavily reliant on them. Kim enjoys playing pool, making models, music and doing creative activities. Kim also enjoys DIY such as building furniture and fixing things. Kim will need positive encouragement and support to achieve daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and attending appointments.
