The Role

We are looking for a dedicated, innovative, and forward-thinking Leader of Design Technology to join Wade Deacon High School. This role involves supporting our mission to deliver exceptional education to all students and contributing to our vibrant learning community. You will lead a team of experienced, compassionate, and collaborative staff. The ideal candidate will be an outstanding teacher with a proven track record in leadership and achieving excellent outcomes with the ability to inspire people successfully. We are committed to student progress and high-quality teaching and learning for all. The successful applicant will share these values and actively contribute to this commitment.
Furthermore, there may be additional opportunities for a suitable candidate to become a Curriculum Expert Lead, leading collaboration and quality assurance with other subject/curriculum leads across Wade Deacon Trust. This role involves supporting and challenging leaders in raising educational standards and student outcomes while sharing best practices and expertise.
