Responsibilities
Assist social workers in assessing and developing service plans for clients.
Conduct outreach to clients and provide information about available services.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation.

Engage clients in regular follow-ups to monitor their progress and well-being.
Collaborate with community agencies and organizations to coordinate services and support.
Assist in the preparation and execution of educational workshops and community events.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, psychology, or a related field preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work empathetically and maintain professionalism in challenging situations.
Experience or familiarity with social service systems and community resources.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite, databases, etc.).

Pay Per Hour: £13.70
