Secretary - Woolwich
Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking company, is seeking a motivated Secretary to join their team.
* £15 to £17 an hour
Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and correspondence for two senior team members.
* Ensure the smooth running of the office by providing administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
* Collaborate with other team members to organise and execute company events, meetings, and conferences.
* Assist with financial matters, such as processing invoices.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail, prioritising and responding in a timely manner.
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost professionalism.
* Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and keeping the office area clean and organised.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently.
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Professionalism and confidentiality are essential.
