As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in driving user-centred design initiatives across key products. You’ll work closely with user researchers, service designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions from concept through to implementation. This role requires a strong ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, ensuring an excellent user experience across the product suite. Collaborate with User Researchers and Service Designers: Partner closely with user researchers to integrate insights into your designs and service designers to ensure end-to-end consistency in both digital and non-digital touchpoints. Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Product Managers, Engineers, and UI Designers to ensure that product design aligns with user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals. Mentor and Support Team Members: Provide guidance to junior designers, offering feedback and helping to elevate their design work. Contribute to Design Strategy: Help shape the overall design direction, ensuring alignment with product strategy and business objectives. Maintain and Evolve Design Systems: Implement and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across product offerings. Drive End-to-End Design: Lead the design process from discovery to delivery, crafting wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that solve complex problems. Strong Experience in UX and UI Design: A solid track record of delivering complex design projects across multiple platforms, with an excellent understanding of interaction design. Experience Working with User Researchers and Service Designers: Ability to integrate research insights into design and collaborate on service design projects to ensure cohesive, holistic solutions. Leadership and Mentorship Skills: Proven ability to guide and mentor junior designers, ensuring high standards and professional development. Proficiency in Design Tools: Expertise in tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with a strong understanding of prototyping and interaction design. Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to identify user pain points and craft elegant solutions that balance user needs with business goals.
