Job summary A part time Band 5 community nurse post has become available with the Usk and Raglan District Nurse Integrated Team. The team are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, professional and good team worker with the ability to work autonomously. The role will include a variety of nursing care in the patients home and seeing patients in the on site clinic room, for IV infusion/catheters/wounds. The service is integrated and works with the CRT rapid medical team. The successful candidate will need to have good time management skills and be able to organise their daily workload and be a good team player. Main duties of the job A part time Band 5 post has become available within the Usk and Raglan District Nurse Integrated Team for a community nurse who wishes to develop their career in community nursing.
