Our Corporate & Consumer Division manages a fleet of c. 120,000 vehicles across our Salary Sacrifice, Company Car & Zen Auto channels; and provides our customers with c. 1.8M Rental Days pa. We bring value to our customers through our full range of services including vehicle funding, maintenance, accident management, fleet consultancy; and drive long term, high value relationships with sustainable growth through our bespoke solutions.
Our Bid team sit within our Corporate division and play a key role in our continued growth, working closely with Business Development, Customer Relationship, Consultancy & Implementation Teams. We have an exciting opportunity for a Bid Writer to join us and play a key role in winning & retaining customers for the business, by coordinating high quality submissions for new business bids, tenders and customer renewals.
What you'll be doing
* Ensure suitable opportunities are identified through the management of the Bid Support inbox and proactive use of relevant portals.
* Maintain and develop content within the Bid Library SharePoint site, ensuring it accurately reflects our proposition, products and services, and adheres to brand guidelines.
* Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the business to collate and refresh content at agreed intervals. Ensure all bid stakeholders are aware of the updates.
* Produce high quality and accurate bid responses, in line with our proposition and brand guidelines, constructing persuasive responses tailored to meet the needs of the customer.
* Effectively plan bid responses including conducting research, engaging stakeholders and facilitating meetings as required.
* Support the Bid Manager in developing and maintaining a suite of powerful and compelling sales materials in line with our proposition.
* Lead on the development of written case studies to demonstrate Zenith's capabilities.
* Develop a comprehensive awareness of all the products and services Zenith offer in order to support the development of compelling sales propositions.
* Support the collation and evaluation of internal and external bid feedback.
* Support the design and delivery of bid related training, coaching and general support to ensure the effective development of team members and appropriate stakeholders.
* Collate management information covering key metrics to be monitored regularly.
* Support outstanding levels of employee engagement across the department by providing open and honest feedback, taking an active role in executing plans for improvement where required.
* Actively pursue personal growth through MyGPS.
* Participate in a supportive team ethos, offering support and promoting wellbeing during busy periods.
