Due to expansion of our service, a post for a Mobile Clinical Administrator to join our friendly & diverse teams at West Strand House based at Strand Road Preston, Pathways in Bamber Bridge and Chorley Health Centre in Chorley part of the community and mental health team
Providing support to our service users is our primary focus. The role can be demanding yet very rewarding as our team is the first point of contact for our service users and their support networks.

You will be rewarded knowing you have provided assistance at a time that it was needed underpinned by the clinical team who will work side-by-side.
You experience of minute-taking in a multi-disciplinary clinical team setting will push boundaries, you will be required to support our teams remotely via teams or on-site which will require so a high level of communication is required.
In return, you will be guided and supported with career progression and be allowed to make decisions with meaningful input. A variety of courses are available for the right candidate.

A flexible approach is needed as every day can be different. Experience of working in a busy office with a clinical workload is preferred with previous exposure of working with the public essential.
You will be required to take large volumes of phone calls that are varied in nature as well as completing vital clinical administrative support which includes processing referrals, clinical letters and arranging weekly teams meetings for a multi-disciplinary team.
Although always supported by the wider team, you must have relevant experience of managing your own workload and multi-tasking with a busy, varied workload.
