About the role: Part of a local team responsible for high-standard multi-trade repairs and testing activities in commercial, residential, and public buildings, delivering best-in-class customer service while satisfying all safety, quality, and cost control standards. Role Criteria: Suitable qualified in one or more fields, Heating Engineer, Utilities, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Plumping, Commercial Plant rooms, Gas. Industrial plant rooms Good written & verbal communication skills. Numeracy skills. Able to understand & follow standard operating procedures. Able to use a PDA following training. Able to demonstrate experience in delivering excellent customer experience. Full and current driving licence. Ability to work alone or as part of a team, demonstrates company values.
