As part of the USC team you will contribute to your store in many ways and these will include:
Job responsibilities:
Key Contribution Areas
1. To greet customer with a sincere and warm welcome and ensure they are aware you are there to help
2. Ask open questions to find out customers needs
3. To recommend, select and locate the correct merchandise for the customers needs
4. To provide information about in store offers, promotions and store cards
5. To receive and process cash and card transactions
6. Be aware of latest trends and remain fully updated on product knowledge
7. Maintain a customer friendly and customer focused environment at all times.
8. Guarantee a high level of customer service at all times.
9. Educate and guide customers about USC, the brands and the product we sell.
10. Offer alternatives and add on sales as and when necessary
11. Ensure store standards are complete and the store is prepared for the next trading day
12. Comply with all USC policies and procedures at all times.
