You will be responsible for managing, monitoring and improving service delivery to ensure that the people who live at Low Laithes receive a complete person centred care service.
As a Deputy Care Manager, you will work closely with and support the Care Manager in all aspects of care provision. You will deputise in the Care Manager’s absence to ensure consistent leadership and management is provided. You will be proactive in ensuring that quality care and support is provided to the people we support through the direct line management of Team Leaders and through their team of support staff.
You will be an excellent role model and have a clear focus on developing effective relationships with the adults we support, their families, staff and other key stakeholders.

About You
1. You will hold a Level 3 diploma in Health and Social Care.
2. You will have Level 2 functional skills in English and Maths (Or GCSE A*-C if achieved before 2018)
3. ILM Level 3 management qualification (or achieve in post within 12 months).
4. You will also have significant experience of supervisory management in a care setting and working with learning disabilities.
