We’re Hiring: Project Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading Scottish organisation undergoing a significant transformation. This role offers the chance to manage high-impact change initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and aligned with strategic goals.
Role Overview
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager with experience leading change initiatives in a structured environment. The successful candidate will coordinate project activities, track progress, and work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver key business objectives.
This is a fixed-term role until May 2026, with a strong possibility of a permanent extension.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, oversee, and execute projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
* Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and provide updates.
* Track project progress, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are met.
* Coordinate team resources, assigning tasks effectively to optimise performance.
* Ensure quality standards are upheld, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
* Work closely with third-party suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
* Support change management initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption of new processes.
Skills & Experience
* At least three years of experience in project management, overseeing change initiatives.
* Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
* Expertise in risk and issue management, with experience implementing mitigation strategies.
* Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or Asana.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma) are advantageous.
