IT Trainer required to coach learners and mentors in the Technology sector, designing and delivering training programmes to maximise timely achievement rates and skills acquisition.
An established client in the Technology sector is seeking a permanent IT Trainer to work with a caseload of learners and their mentors. The successful candidate will design and deliver training programmes, plan and generate Degree Apprenticeships, and develop strong employer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and Deliver Training Programmes: Create and implement training plans to meet the needs of learners and employers.
* Planning and Generating Degree Apprenticeships: Develop and implement Degree Apprenticeship programmes to meet the needs of learners and employers.
* Developing and Maintaining Strong Employer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with employers to ensure successful programme delivery.
* Plan, Assess, Teach and Align Individual Learning Plans: Work with learners and employers to develop and implement individual learning plans.
* Effectively Document the Learner Journey: Document the progress of learners through regular report writing.
* Coach Learners: Work with learners and their employers/mentors to help them advance in their chosen programme.
* Engage with Learners to Improve their MATHS Skills: Work with learners to improve their MATHS skills.
* Create and Manage Learner Action Plans: Develop and implement learner action plans to support learners in achieving their goals.
* Design, Develop and Deliver Blended Learning: Create and deliver blended learning programmes using Totara, Moodle, and Mahara.
* Compliance with Company Policies and Procedures: Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal responsibilities.
Requirements:
* Education: Educated to Level 4+ or equivalent in a relevant IT or technical related subject.
* English and Maths: English and Maths at Level 2+.
