Salary: NJC scale 5, points 12-17 inclusive
Starting at NJC scale 5, point 12. Actual annual salary: £24,555.48
(£30,033 full-time equivalent)
Rising with annual increments to a maximum of NJC scale 5, point 17.
Actual salary £26,415.60 (£32,421 full-time equivalent)
Working days/hours:32.5 hours per week
Monday - Friday, 8.10am - 3.30pm with a 50 minute (unpaid) lunch break, 39 weeks per year
Start date: As soon as possible
Location: Ryefield Primary School (This will be the principal place of employment but there may be occasions when the successful candidate may be required to work at other Trust sites. This will be in negotiation with the successful candidate.
Ryefield Primary School and Vanguard Learning Trust are keen to recruit a nursery nurse who will embrace our Trust’s vision and support one of our aims to engender collective responsibility across our Trust.
Our new nursery nurse will:
* assist the class teacher and other support staff in providing the best possible opportunities for the children to grow in all aspects of their development;
* support children in learning in a happy, safe and stimulating environment;
* support the delivery of the curriculum; and
* provide wider support across the school.
The successful candidate will be based at Ryefield Primary School. This will be the principal place of employment but there may be occasions when the successful candidate may be required to work at other Trust sites. This will be in negotiation with the successful candidate.
