Accounts Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
* Generating sales invoices
* Handling purchase invoices
* Managing service recharges
* Performing bank and cashbook reconciliations
* Conducting credit control
* Recording weekly sales
* Reconciling company cash
* Managing petty cash reconciliations
* Reconciling monthly deposits
* Balancing the balance sheet
Ideal Candidate:
* Understanding of accountancy principles up to trial balance level
* Knowledge of debit and credit processing
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
* Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Professional communication skills at all levels
* Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Team player with excellent communication skills
