We are currently recruiting for a professional and detail-oriented Team Administrator to join a prestigious bank based in the City of London. About the Role
\n\n
This temporary administrator role is a key administrative support role covering the bank’s Physical Security, Health & Safety, and Travel departments. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you’ll play an important part in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and ad hoc projects.

Key Responsibilities:
\n\n
\n\t
* Provide administrative support across departments, including diary management, meeting coordination, minute taking, data collation, and reporting
\n\t
* Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate departmental information and actions
\n\t
* Manage procurement and process invoices from various suppliers
\n\t
* Assist with audits, document control, and preparation for certification
\n\t
* Support the implementation of Health & Safety training programmes and collate incident statistics
\n\t
* Produce clear and concise documentation, including slide packs for senior management
\n\t
* Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
\n\t
* Provide support for ad hoc projects and operational requests as required
\n
\n\n
Requirements
\n\n
Essential:
\n\n
\n\t
* Proven administration experience in a similar role, ideally within a corporate or financial setting (minimum 1 year)
\n\t
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
\n\t
* Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
\n\t
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
\n\t
* Professional attitude and a proactive, flexible approach to work
\n\t
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
\n\t
* Discreet, reliable, and committed to high standards of service
\n

* Experience in security, facilities, or health & safety environments

* Previous coordination or project support experience
