E-commerce Specialist Opportunity in Boston!
I am supporting an incredible local company on this rare full-time permanent opportunity on the outskirts of Boston. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimise the company's website amongst other digital sales channels to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
Oversee product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and imagery.
Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic, sales, and customer engagement.
Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
Monitor website performance, analyse data, and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities.
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Assist in the development of promotional campaigns and merchandising strategies.
Skills & Experience Required:
Previous experience in an e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail role.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid advertising campaigns.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in content management and product merchandising.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
