We are looking for two Transformation Managers to join the team in Edinburgh and lead this high-impact project, driving change and innovation.
About the Role
As a Transformation Manager, you will spearhead strategic change initiatives, improving operational efficiency and implementing cutting-edge solutions.

What You'll Do:

What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in transformation management or leading large-scale change initiatives, preferably within banking or financial services.
* Strong understanding of IT frameworks, banking operations, and information security.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership.
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
* A Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (Master's degree or certifications are a plus).
