Our client is a leading SaaS provider in expense management, built on efficiency. As they expand, they're seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to deliver exceptional service and ensure our customers can seamlessly manage their expenses.
Responsibilities
1. Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally via multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
2. Assist users with navigating their platform and resolving issues to enable their success.
3. Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical challenges.
4. Uphold data privacy and security standards while handling sensitive customer information.
What are we looking for?
1. A proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service and support.
2. Experience using helpdesk software (preferred but not essential).
3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
4. A passion for providing exceptional service.
