A bit about the role...
Reporting and working to the Integrated Transformation Programme Director, we are seeking an experienced Delivery Director with a proven track record of designing and executing the technical delivery strategy for a large / complex transformation programme that includes the delivery of an enterprise wide Microsoft Dynamics platform.
The appointed candidate will be accountable to lead the successful delivery of the Agency's ambitious multi year transformation programme, ensuring the activity is delivered to time, cost and quality within all the necessary controls and governance obligations.
The post holder will manage the scrutiny that comes with a significant change programme and be expected to converse with a range of stakeholders from Ministers, Executive-level sponsors to delivery teams and business areas.
A bit about you…
The successful candidate is expected to have expert knowledge in:
1. Microsoft Dynamics development and deployment that informs delivery plans and manages the complexity and uncertainty prevalent within a programme of this type.
2. Leading delivery of large complex programmes (preferably within the Public Sector).
3. Managing across a broad delivery eco-system.
4. Stakeholder and relationship management across multiple and diverse groups.
The successful candidate will also be expected to have the relevant professional qualifications and professional membership to supplement any relevant experience that is requested for the post.
