We are opening a new 2-bed children's home in West Bromwich, Birmingham, and we're looking for a dedicated and passionate Children's Registered Home Manager to lead this exciting new venture. With plans to open more homes in the future, there is plenty of room for expansion and career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Open and manage a new 2-bed children's home for children with learning disabilities.
2. Ensure the home operates in compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices.
3. Provide leadership and support to staff, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
4. Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of each child.
5. Maintain strong relationships with external agencies, families, and the local community.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Must be a registered manager with experience in managing children's residential care.
2. A strong understanding of the regulatory framework for children's homes.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
4. Passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children with learning disabilities.
5. Ability to manage and motivate a team, ensuring high standards of care and support.
