Salary: Grade 7-8 (Depending on experience)
FTE £33,366 - £40,476 (£17.29 - £20.98 per hour)
Actual Salary £31,610 - £38,346 per annum

We are seeking an Executive Administrator to work at out Trust Central Offices and provide high-level strategic administration and executive support to the CEO and senior leadership team of a large, successful Multi Academy Trust.
About the Role:
As the Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of executive-level operations within the Trust. This is a fast-paced role requiring outstanding organisation, problem-solving, and communication skills. You will be responsible for managing complex diaries, coordinating high-level meetings, and supporting the implementation of central procedures and operations.
What We’re Looking For:
• Significant experience in a high-level administrative or executive support role.
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
• Experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
