Business Introduction:
Seymour John are exclusively partnered with Morland to secure a Sales Manager for their emerging Profiles and Panels market. Morland is a £30m turnover division of Interior Products Group, a third-generation owner-managed business. Since 1972, their prefinished fit-out products have been manufactured and sold under the Morland name. Their integrated modern manufacturing divisions produce interior panels, architectural profiles, patented fire doors, and a range of 'prefit' products designed to reduce the need for on-site finishing. These products are sold into the UK leisure industry (e.g. motorhome, caravan, and yacht manufacturers), the UK construction sector, and via a rapidly growing E-commerce channel to customers worldwide.

The Opportunity:
Reporting into, and supported by, the Sales & Marketing Director, you will take the account management and business developments of their emerging Construction market. You will be ambitious and consultative, with the energy and enthusiasm to support the growth of the sales pipeline and customer experience.
1. Predominantly focus on current accounts, developing key relationships to increase average spend.
2. Effective diary management to optimise your schedule to ensure high volumes of client-facing activity.
3. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activity.
4. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
5. Track and report on sales performance metrics and market feedback.
6. Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to develop brand profile.
Who are we looking for?
An experienced Sales professional, with the confidence and resilience to develop business pipelines. You will be an effective relationship builder, with a consultative approach to sales.
