Pertemps are looking to recruit a receptionist for a holiday park in Bembridge, the role is part time Monday to Sunday working shift patterns with other team members.
Responsibilities
* Greeting and checking-in customers
* Assisting caravan owners with general enquiries and liaising with outside support staff
* Responding to telephone and email enquiries
* Booking caravans and ferry travel for holiday customers
* Taking payments by card machine and till in reception and occasionally in the adjoining park shop
* General office administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing etc
Previous Experience
Candidates must be customer focused, previous experience is not essential just a willingness to learn new systems and software.
