What does the role involve?
Customer Experience and Demonstration: Confidently share ghd’s history and expert product knowledge with customers, creating engaging in-store experiences through demonstrations and interactive play. Your goal is to ensure customers purchase the best tools for their needs with outstanding service.
Sales: Actively engage with customers by conducting effective product demonstrations, creating a luxury shopping experience, and seeking opportunities to drive sales.
Counter Management: Maintain the visual and luxury presentation of the retail concession to the highest standards, aligned with brand guidelines.
Stakeholder Management: Support your Regional Manager and team to grow the brand, and engage externally with retail partners to support local activations and events, ensuring ghd remains the customer’s brand of choice.
