Systems Support Engineer
Take on a pivotal role supporting advanced systems and equipment. Fulfill in-service support commitments by collaborating with project teams, customers, and end-users.
* Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults remotely and on-site when required.
* Monitor system performance, conduct root cause analyses, and suggest improvements.
* Implement inspection and preventative maintenance programs.
* Conduct defect investigations, surveys, and testing in collaboration with the field support team.
* Maintain Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) documentation and process change requests.
* Identify resource conflicts and support engineering management in resolving them.
* Adhere to and promote engineering best practices for continuous improvement.
* Support obsolescence strategies for relevant product lines.
Experience in any phase of the engineering lifecycle, with a preference for familiarity with technical equipment.
* Ability to manage tasks effectively, maintain high-quality standards, and communicate clearly.
* Valid driving license and willingness to travel occasionally
