The role of The Pantry Crew forms part of the Retail Outlets team at Titanic Belfast who are responsible for the Titanic Store, the Galley Café and The Pantry restaurant. The Retail Outlets crew can often be the first and last touch point for our guests during their experience and it is up to our team to enhance their experience through excellent customer service and providing an authentic offering across all outlets. Your role in The Pantry will be the greet our guests and assist them with getting a delicious meal. The Retail Outlets offer our customers a Titanic inspired experience, which is unique and memorable, and the crew are a vital part of delivering this unforgettable experience. The Pantry Crew are responsible for ensuring our customers have a pleasant and enjoyable visit with 5-star customer service. It could be greeting and seating out guests, serving them at the counter to take their order, working with the kitchen to deliver their meals and engaging with them about their day at Titanic Belfast and their visit to Northern Ireland. Our restaurant is unique in the hospitality industry as we are never open later than 6pm giving a great work-life balance while getting to interact with a fascinating range of guests from all over the world. The Pantry crew will be flexible across all of the Outlets when necessary.
