About The Role
We are looking for a temporary Retail Sales Advisor for our Newport showroom!
You’ll engage with customers to identify their needs before showing them around our displays and booking design appointments.
Main responsibilities:
* Proactively approach customers, offering assistance during their visit
* Build rapport with customers as you identify their needs and promote our kitchen and bedroom ranges, offers and best-selling appliances
* Engage with customers to ensure they book an appointment with one of the showroom’s Retail Sales Designers
You’ll earn £11.50 per hour plus commission.
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About You
* Confident to approach and chat with a wide range of customers
* Focused on delivering exceptional customer service
* Enthusiastic and able to thrive in a fast-paced, busy environment
* Some retail sales experience would be an advantage, but not essential
