We have an exciting opportunity to join our Aviva in-house Creative Hub, within our Customer & Marketing department. We're looking for a highly conceptual and energetic Design Manager with brilliant creative, presentation and communications skills. This will be a great role for someone who can lead the creative ideation process and shape tier 1 'through the line' campaigns.
The successful candidate will be de a multi-skilled creative conceptual thinker who has outstanding agency experience and a proven track record in delivering end to end creative campaigns. Key aspects of the role include, innovative customer first creative thinking, blank page concept creation and scamping, art direction, leading creative presentations and influencing senior stakeholders. Of equal importance is to ensure this role stimulates industry leading, standout campaigns that meets the needs of our business objectives and customers. Strong creative campaign management experience is crucial with the ability to co-ordinate and manage multiple deliveries within a busy creative studio team.

You'll be working as part of the Creative Hub, Marketing Centre of Excellence. The team is made from multiple specialisms across creative strategy, conceptual development, campaign management, design, copywriting, content creation and studio work-flow production. The Creative Hub work across all of the main product areas and major campaigns. We're a dynamic team with a strong collaborative culture with our customers at the heart of everything we do.
* The role is fast paced and multi-faceted. You'll partner with the Creative Lead in conceptual thinking, campaign project delivery, deploying new processes and implementing cutting edge creative thinking and technology including AI to increase creative effectiveness and speed to market. The role suits strong interpersonal skills with excellent presentation skills, helping to build strong relationships with stakeholders, team members and key external agency partners. Experience of working within regulated industry and financial services is beneficial.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
* Experience of leading on the conceptualisation and creation of integrated ATL tier 1 campaigns including - TV, OOH, OLV, Print, Digital Display, PR and social activations.
* Deep understanding of creative trends, cultural and customer insight and new channels to ensure our creative is grounded in customer truths with high memorability and impact.
* Highly experienced in collaborating with tier 1 agency partners and production houses to meet high standards, tight deadlines and moving priorities.
* Excellent presentation, organisational and communication skills, with ability to work to deadlines and within set budgets.
* Proactive approach to managing multiple workstreams - both in relation to your own workload and the wider needs of the business, often managing multiple deliverables for numerous campaigns.
