About your new role\n\nPLEASE NOTE: This role is not on the list of occupations eligible for sponsorship under Skilled Worker.\n\nAs a member of the New Business team providing organisational, secretarial and administrative support to the New Business team and the wider Client Relationship Management Team\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\n * Diary Management as appropriate for Segment Heads, to include\n\n * Arranging internal meetings\n\n * Arranging client meetings\n\n * Assisting marketing with client events where required\n\n * Document & project management for Segments, to include\n\n * Monitoring report deadlines and chasing where required\n\n * Collating and filing of reports\n\n * Production of reports\n\n * Production of action lists from relevant Segment and Sector meetings\n\n * Monitoring and following up on action lists and completion\n\n * Assist Segment Head(s) with expenses and budget management\n\n * Audio typing of reports and tender/proposal documents\n\n * Supporting the Head of Sales Enablement and the New Business team with InterAction and ongoing assistance with the IA Opportunities module and Dashboard\n\n * Supporting the Head of Sales Enablement, the New Business team and Segment Head(s) with ad hoc tasks including e.g. search of market information, production of PowerPoint presentations, awards tracker\n\n * Supporting with nominated Patron, Star and Rising Star client plans and relevant Steering Groups as directed by the Head of Sales Enablement\n\nAbout You\n\nKNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE\n\n * Previous PA/ Office management (or secretarial) experience.\n\nSKILLS AND ABILITIES\n\n * IT literate: highly proficient in the use of MS Office (any others).\n\n * High level of organisation.\n\n * High standard of communication skills, including presentation and report writing skills.\n\n * Excellent personal time management: able to prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.\n\nATTITUDE\n\n * Good attention to detail\n\n * Can-do approach to work\n\n * Confidentiality and discretion\n\n * A flexible approach will be required\n\n * Resilience and ability to work under pressure
