The School of Medicine and Dentistry wishes to appoint a highly motivated individual to join our MBBS teaching team.
About you:
The postholder will lead on the development and delivery of innovative placement solutions to include new providers, placement-based teaching, simulation and remote / virtual placement activity. This will foster new and enhanced ways to meet the learning outcomes within the clinical setting, improve the student experience, and increase capacity and flexibility for providers and the School.
Applicants will have substantial experience of working as a doctor within a healthcare setting and within medical education and will have registration with the General Medical Council. Excellent communication skills are essential.
The role is full time but a smaller time commitment would also be considered.

This role is based across at the University's Burnley and Preston campuses, with a further small component at Westlakes campus. The role is full time but this is negotiable for candidates wishing to work less than full time to maintain clinical practice.
