About the Role:As a KS2 Intervention Teacher, you will work with small groups of children, delivering tailored lessons that focus on boosting their confidence and improving their skills in core subjects. You’ll assess individual learning needs, set achievable goals, and track progress, all while creating a supportive and motivating learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for small groups of children.
Focus on Maths, English, and Science to bridge learning gaps and strengthen core skills.
Provide targeted interventions to support children who need additional help to meet age-related expectations.
Monitor and assess progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and staff.
Work collaboratively with class teachers to align interventions with the school curriculum.What We’re Looking For:
A qualified teacher (QTS) with experience in KS2 or relevant intervention teaching.
A passion for working with children and supporting their academic and personal growth.
A patient, positive, and adaptable approach to teaching.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with both children and colleagues.
Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum, particularly in core subjects.What We Offer:
