HR Advisor Stafford 12 months Interim Hybrid Client Details PageGroup are delighted to support a leading distribution business based in Stafford with the appointment of a HR Advisor to join for a 12 month interim contract. This role can offer hybrid working of circa 4 days onsite and 1 home per week Description Reporting to a HR Manager, the role of HR Advisor is a fast-paced, generalist role, supporting with the full people lifecycle. You will work in a small HR team and assist the HR Manager with the supervision of a HR Assistant. Duties will include but not limited to: Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees. Coordinate recruitment and selection processes. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives. Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies. Support learning and development activities. Manage HR records and produce reports. Participate in HR projects as required. Profile Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background as a HR Advisor, ideally within the manufacturing/distribution sector.
