We are seeking a self-motivated, proactive and passionate People & Culture Manager to join our team at voco - Edinburgh Royal Terrace. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge and experience in HR, People operations or in a similar role. Be able to multitask, whilst being an organised, competent and resourceful individual with a passion for People development. The role will oversee recruitment, selection and employee onboarding, manage a performance management system/process, ensure company procedures comply with local employment laws, handle all aspects of employee relations, manage employee sick leave, holiday and personal time off, manage monthly payroll, and support management in all performance and succession planning. The core skills and experience required to succeed include being truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry, having previous experience in HR and Recruitment, being a team player who communicates well with all colleagues, being punctual, reliable and trustworthy, having a can-do attitude, and being an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach.
