In this crucial role, you’ll be the driving force behind our digitisation process, ensuring smooth operations and exceeding customer expectations. You’ll face exciting challenges, from optimising workflows and identifying bottlenecks to improving team performance and maintaining the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include: Distributing requests to Team members; assessing requests in order to allocate to the most appropriate team member. Processing urgent requests where these would be missed systemically Identifying any duplicate requests or emails and take relevant action Proactively contacting internal customers to reduce delays with order processing Digitising Amendments and simple logo requests where appropriate Providing administration support to the Digitising and Customer Service teams to ensure the smooth operation of the processes. Ensuring the operation key performance indicators (KPI’s) are recorded promptly. Taking a lead in monitoring and coordinating 5S and quality departmental inspections. Develop a plan to address any actions required. Maintaining and reporting on the team’s standard operation procedures (SOP’s) and training matrix ensuring all data is up to date.
