We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Clinical Manager to join our Low Secure Services at Lynfield Mount Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
The Clinical Manager provides clinical leadership, supervision, and consultation to the Inpatient Mental Health Teams within Low Secure Services, managing the day-to-day operations of the services.

Main duties of the job:
The Clinical Manager promotes a 'can do' culture within Inpatient Mental Health Teams within Low Secure Services.
The post holder is expected to work within organisational and other national and local policies to interpret and embed these within their area of responsibility and to be accountable for service development and its practical implementation.
The post holder will work closely with the Provider Collaborative (PC) for West Yorkshire and provide up-to-date accurate reports to support the PC.

Essential:
* A core mental health qualification e.g., Mental Health Nursing, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Clinical Psychology.
* Current registration/accreditation with a professional governing body.
* Evidence of continuing professional development.
* Post Graduate level education in a relevant area or equivalent experience.
Desirable:
* Educated to Masters Level or working towards.
* Undertaken modules that support an Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification in mental health.
* Leadership qualification/training.
* Clinical supervision qualification.
Experience:
Essential:
* Mental health care/treatment relevant to service (Significant experience).
* Clinical leadership.
* Operational management of a clinical team.
