Senior Drupal Developer The role: This is a senior role in our team of Digital Marketing specialists. As a key contributor, you will be expected to implement custom solutions following Drupal coding standards, writing high quality code following industry best practices. You will collaborate closely with our lead developer, taking responsibility for your work and proactively addressing any challenges through clear and effective communication This is UK based role that will require collaboration with colleagues in the US and Australia delivering impactful solutions for a global audience. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping the digital presence of our InsideJapan and InsideAsia brands. Key responsibilities: As a Senior Drupal Developer, you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle. You will be responsible for: Custom module development Theming and Frontend development Drupal upgrades and maintenance Troubleshooting and debugging issues on dev and production environments Code releases Providing accurate task estimates Adhering to coding standards and following best practices when implementing solutions What we are looking for from you: You’ll bring an infectious enthusiasm to the digital marketing team, building strong relationships with each member. You’ll be comfortable with data and analytical tools. Analytical skills are crucial in being able to measure and understand the impact of the campaigns we’re running. You’ll need to be great at thinking on your feet, responding to shifting priorities, and coming up with solutions to ever-changing problems. Practical, and solutions focused. We know that seeking perfection gets in the way of experimentation, you’ll know how to balance testing simple versions of ideas without settling for mediocrity.
