Position: Domestic Shift Manager
Location: OX3 7L
Rate of Pay: £14.82
Shift: 5 over 7 days, 8am to 6pm
Job Responsibilities:
Deliver and drive the performance of the audit programme to the required standards and
volume
Manage and drive the performance of the cleaning standards across the entire 24/7 operations
Support the engagement with Trust Management and Clinical teams to build effective day to day
operational relationships
Anticipate and address any quality related service delivery issues that may arise with the Assistant
Shift Managers and Domestic teams
Support the Assistant Shift Managers with any people performance related issues
Drive innovation and quality improvement across the soft services delivery
Ensure KPI's are met with data provided from the Quality Manager
Requirements:
BICS Accreditation to appropriate level
Thorough knowledge on 2021 NHS National Cleaning
standards
Thorough understanding of soft services delivery in
an NHS environment
Skills & Knowledge:
Understanding of disciplinary processes
Audit processes
People management
Systems/ processes
Communication skills
