Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to join our team in Glasgow, UK. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this role is instrumental in shaping and executing our marketing strategy across multiple channels—helping to build brand visibility, support sales and product marketing efforts, and deepen customer engagement. This is a hands-on, multifaceted role for a marketing professional who is equally comfortable crafting campaign strategy and rolling up their sleeves to deliver it. Key Responsibilities Campaign & Content Marketing Plan, deliver, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social channels. Oversee the creation of consistent, brand-aligned content including web pages, brochures, advertising assets, and customer collateral. Own and manage the company website, ensuring content is regularly updated, engaging, and aligned to SEO and UX best practices. Develop product marketing content, including datasheets, value propositions, technical documentation, and explainer assets. Product Marketing Work closely with Product and Sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, customer messaging, and launch plans for new products and features. Translate technical capabilities into clear, benefit-led messaging tailored to our target audiences. Produce product-focused video-on-demand (VOD) content, working with internal and external teams to bring demos to life. Support internal education around product positioning and competitive differentiation. Digital & Social Media Management Manage our corporate presence on LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and Facebook, ensuring consistent tone of voice and visual identity. Track engagement and performance, making data-driven optimisations based on platform trends and audience insights. Email Marketing & CRM Maintain and grow segmented email lists, delivering targeted and automated email campaigns that drive engagement and retention. Support campaign analysis, testing, and reporting to optimise future initiatives. Events & Promotions Plan and coordinate industry events, webinars, customer briefings, and trade shows. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define event objectives and deliver impactful experiences. Support seasonal and tactical promotional campaigns aligned to commercial objectives. Customer Engagement Launch and manage a Customer Council forum, creating a platform for deeper engagement, feedback, and advocacy among key clients. Partner with customer-facing teams to ensure marketing initiatives reflect real customer needs and insights. Marketing Operations & Reporting Manage marketing projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Collaborate with and manage external agencies (creative, PR, media buying, digital) to deliver high-quality outcomes. Monitor campaign and channel performance, producing monthly reports with insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3 years' experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment. Proven experience managing marketing campaigns end-to-end. Strong copywriting and content creation abilities. Skilled in using digital tools (HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, CMS platforms). Experience managing social media platforms and engaging online communities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Highly organised, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented. Ability to manage agency relationships and coordinate multiple workstreams. Video production or webinar experience is desirable.
