About the role
Are you an experienced manager in the insurance industry ready to lead and drive the vision of the team. Accountable for service delivery across the team, your role will be continually reviewing technical processes and implementing improvements where necessary.As a Technical Manager you will be responsible for co-coordinating work activities with other teams with a focus on providing an effective processing service to internal and external customers, and act as a senior technical escalation point within the Cheltenham office, and be a first line manager for Apprentices, Technicians and Account Handlers.
