Salary: up to £44,100 (dependant upon experience) Location: Luton Hybrid working arrangement Benefits package includes: Flexible working, along with hybrid arrangements for qualified staff members Annual leave starting at 25 days (plus statutory bank holidays) Holiday purchase scheme Employee Assistance Programme for challenging situations whether they be personal or work related Full study support for professional qualifications where relevant Professional subscriptions fees paid Key Responsibilities: Plan and conduct audits Act as the senior representative on-site, managing client relationships professionally Review and finalize audit files for manager review Prepare and review management accounts Handle complex assignments and oversee junior staff’s work Finalize accounts and ensure they meet required standards Prepare complex business tax computations, including corporation tax and complete personal tax returns Provide feedback and mentor junior staff Conduct appraisals and support professional development Experience & Skills required: Part-qualified ACA/ACCA Accountant Experience in auditing, financial reporting and tax compliance Experience overseeing and mentoring junior staff Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) Please note that this client does not offer Visa sponsorship
